Open beta information.
A development build to try, with clear limits.
Draft · Updated: 7 November 2026
Provider and purpose
The provider is Consiliari Software GmbH, Brauerstraße 12, 76135 Karlsruhe, Germany. The Consierge beta lets you try a voice and writing assistant still in development and provide feedback.
Experimental development build
Features, supported apps and devices may change. No guarantee is given for error-free operation, uninterrupted availability, a particular model quality or a particular purpose. A separate guarantee arises only through a statement explicitly identified as such.
Review results yourself
Speech recognition, suggested text and summaries may be factually or linguistically wrong. Review every important text before inserting or sending. The beta is not intended as the sole basis for safety-critical, medical, legal or financial decisions. Back up important personal data independently of the beta.
Liability and statutory rights
To the extent permitted by law, liability for use of this experimental beta is limited. Claims involving intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and other mandatory statutory liability and consumer rights remain unaffected. Statutory limits apply to breaches of essential contractual obligations. This notice does not exclude rights that cannot validly be excluded.
Permissions and optional data
Microphone access and supported accessibility services are needed for their respective features. Style learning, history and conversation memory are separate choices. Enable them only for content you are allowed to use for those purposes. See Data controls for more details.
Go to data controls →Versions and distribution
There is no commitment that a particular development build will remain available indefinitely or that data and settings will be compatible across all beta versions. Follow the notes for each download when updating. A public APK will only be offered after installation and models have been tested on a fresh device.
This draft requires legal review against the actual distribution model before the public beta.
